ARRT X-Ray / Diagnostic Technologist Opportunity
MLR is seeking a full-time, permanent, direct-hire X-Ray Technologist to join their client's growing team in an inpatient acute-care hospital near Waxahachie, Texas!
Key Responsibilities for X-Ray Technologist:
- Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures to support accurate medical diagnoses.
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position.
- Work setting: Acute-care inpatient hospital.
- Prepare and position patients for X-ray examinations, ensuring optimal image capture and patient comfort.
- Operate advanced X-ray equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
- Collaborate with physicians and radiologists to provide precise imaging results for accurate diagnoses.
- Schedule options:
- Monday-Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Monday-Thursday: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM
- Saturday-Monday: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Follow all safety protocols related to radiation exposure and equipment usage.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with hospital standards.
X-Ray Technologist Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography required.
- Valid Texas Medical Board (TMB) licensure required.
- BLS certification must be completed before starting.
- Previous experience in X-ray / diagnostic imaging is preferred but not required.
