MLR is seeking a skilled and dedicated X-Ray / Radiology Technologist to join the team at a respected hospital near Waco, Texas!
Key Responsibilities for X-Ray Technologist:
- Perform a range of diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures, ensuring accuracy and high-quality results.
- Position Type: Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
- Work Setting: Acute inpatient hospital
- Prepare patients for procedures, provide clear explanations, and ensure proper positioning for optimal imaging.
- Operate X-ray equipment to capture diagnostic images.
- Work closely with physicians and radiologists to provide precise imaging for accurate diagnoses.
- Maintain and operate X-ray equipment following all safety standards and radiation protocols.
- Keep detailed patient records in line with hospital policies.
Qualifications for X-Ray Technologist:
- Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Technology program
- Valid Texas Medical Board (TMB) licensure
- CPR certification
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
