MLR Healthcare is collaborating with a trusted healthcare system to recruit a Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift. This full-time position offers a flexible 36/48-hour schedule, making it a great opportunity for nurses dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized care through the nursing process to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Manage a wide range of medical conditions, providing a dynamic and engaging work experience.
• Participate in committees, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Comply with the Texas Nurse Practice Act and ensure adherence to nursing standards.
• Provide critical care to adolescent and adult patients facing severe illnesses and injuries.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• CPR-BCLS certification (required before orientation completion).
• ACLS certification (required before orientation completion).
• NIH Stroke Scale certification (required before orientation completion).
