Physical Therapist
MLR (MLee Recruiting) is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a dynamic team in a full-time, permanent position at a reputable acute-care hospital near Stephenville, Texas.
Salary: $77,300 - $100,200 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, identifying functional limitations or impairments.
- Work Schedule: Day shifts consisting of five 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends.
- Personalized Treatment Plans: Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and rehabilitation objectives.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Provide a range of therapeutic treatments, including exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate modalities.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist: Must hold or be eligible for licensure in Texas.
- BLS Certification: Required prior to engaging with patients.
- Driver’s License: A valid Texas driver’s license is necessary only for those designated as HMC Designated Drivers, per policy.
