Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families in our mental health clinic. The LCSW will work in collaboration with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated services to our clients. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in a variety of therapeutic approaches and have experience working with diverse populations. They will also be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing therapy to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting assessments to determine the needs of clients, and developing individualized treatment plans based on those assessments
  • Providing individual, couples, and family therapy to clients using evidence-based interventions
  • Monitoring and evaluating the progress of clients throughout the therapy process
  • Collaborating with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated services to clients
  • Documenting all client interactions in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of mental health research, theories, and interventions
  • Providing crisis intervention services as needed
  • Participating in case conferences and staff meetings
  • Providing education and consultation services to clients, families, and other professionals as needed
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines and standards

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
  • Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing therapy to diverse populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and standards
