Move Lives Forward in a Place Where Spring Waters and Big Dreams Run Free
If you're a licensed Physical Therapist looking to match your passion for healing with a vibrant lifestyle rooted in nature, music, and movement, this is your moment. Step into a role where your clinical skills will change lives daily — and where your own life outside of work can be just as full of adventure, connection, and meaning. Here, you’ll do more than rehabilitate injuries. You’ll restore confidence, hope, and independence, one patient at a time, in a region that’s as dynamic and spirited as the people you’ll serve.
Whether you're helping a teenager return to the soccer field after an ACL repair or guiding a senior back to independence after joint replacement surgery, your work will ripple far beyond the therapy room. And you’ll be doing it alongside a team that values your voice, your vision, and your dedication to compassionate, evidence-based care.
This is a place where your purpose and your lifestyle can thrive in harmony — where career growth meets river floats, live music, and sunsets that stop you in your tracks.
The Opportunity: Build Strength and Restore Hope as a Physical Therapist
In this full-time role, you'll become an essential partner in each patient's recovery story. Every day will bring new challenges — and new rewards — as you help people rediscover their abilities and reclaim the lives they love.
What You’ll Be Doing
Study and assess patients’ physical conditions, designing individualized rehabilitation programs tailored to specific goals and needs.
Implement therapeutic methods including targeted exercise regimens, manual therapy, and equipment-based treatments to enhance strength, mobility, and functional independence.
Monitor and document each patient's progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to support sustainable advancement.
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and fellow rehabilitation specialists to provide holistic, coordinated care.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, adaptive techniques, and lifestyle modifications that promote long-term success and prevent future injuries.
Advocate for wellness and preventive practices, encouraging patients to stay active and engaged in their health journeys.
Education Requirements
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
New graduates are encouraged to apply and will be fully supported.
Certifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas.
Certification in specialized areas of physical therapy (e.g., orthopedics, geriatrics, sports rehab) is a strong advantage.
Skills and Experience
Prior clinical or outpatient setting experience preferred but not required.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Excellent communication skills for building trust and rapport with patients and colleagues.
Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.
A compassionate, adaptable approach to supporting patients through recovery.
Benefits
Competitive salary, reflective of experience, specialization, and certifications.
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
Generous paid time off (PTO) and observed holidays.
Professional development support including continuing education stipends and mentorship opportunities.
Flexible scheduling options to promote work-life balance.
Retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
Beyond the Clinic: Discover a Town That Moves to Its Own Rhythm
Imagine finishing your shift and within minutes finding yourself knee-deep in the crystal-clear waters of a spring-fed river, the current tugging gently at your toes as kayakers glide past. That’s life in this dynamic riverside town — a place where every day invites you to connect, recharge, and simply live more fully.
Here, outdoor adventure isn’t a weekend luxury — it’s part of the daily fabric. Spend your mornings hiking oak-canopied trails, your afternoons tubing down lazy river bends, and your evenings listening to live music at a tucked-away venue where the strings of a guitar seem to vibrate through the warm, starry air.
This town pulses with energy and creativity, fueled by a vibrant student community that keeps ideas fresh and the coffee shops buzzing with ambition. You’ll find an indie spirit in the storefronts downtown, where local artisans, vintage curators, and farm-to-table eateries line historic streets.
And the best part? You’re strategically positioned between two of Texas’s most iconic cities. Drive a little north and find yourself immersed in the booming tech and food scenes of a capital city that needs no introduction. Head south and you’ll enter a cultural crossroads rich in Mexican heritage, historic missions, and riverwalk beauty.
Yet despite this perfect centrality, life here moves at its own tempo — never too hurried, never too crowded. There's a hometown pride that’s palpable, a welcoming spirit that invites you to become part of the community from the moment you arrive. Whether it’s kayaking with coworkers, joining a weekend art walk, or simply watching the golden light spill across the cypress trees, you’ll find moments here that stay with you long after the day’s work is done.
Who We're Looking For
We’re seeking a Physical Therapist who blends clinical expertise with a heart for service — someone who sees patients not just for their injuries, but for the lives they’re trying to reclaim.
If you thrive in a team-centered environment, love continuous learning, and are energized by helping people overcome physical challenges and rediscover joy, you’ll fit right in. Whether you’re just launching your PT career or looking to bring your seasoned skills to a new, inspiring backdrop, this opportunity offers the growth, support, and fulfillment you've been seeking.
Let’s Create New Possibilities — Together
Here, you’re not just accepting a job. You’re choosing a way of life rooted in health, community, and purpose. You’re stepping into a role where your clinical skills will empower others, your ideas will be heard, and your life outside of work will be as vibrant as your work within it.
Join a team that believes healing is personal. A place where your career can flourish in step with the natural beauty, creativity, and heart of the region around you.
Apply today and let's move lives — and your future — forward.
