MLR is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client’s healthcare team in Texas. This essential role involves providing high-quality patient care across various settings, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities for a RN:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and deliver patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries, post-treatment care, and overall health and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide compassionate and empathetic support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and answering questions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in patient care.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control measures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe healthcare environment.
Registered Nurse Required Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
