MLR is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client’s healthcare team in Texas. This essential role involves providing high-quality patient care across various settings, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.

 

Key Responsibilities for a RN:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and deliver patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries, post-treatment care, and overall health and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Provide compassionate and empathetic support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and answering questions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in patient care.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control measures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe healthcare environment.

Registered Nurse Required Qualifications:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
