Emergency Department Nurse

We have been engaged by a hospital in a scenic area to recruit a Full-Time ED RN to join their growing team. We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Emergency Department Nurse to join our team at a hospital in Southern Oregon. As an ED Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients with medical and traumatic emergencies, working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care.

Requirements

• Perform initial assessments, triage, and treatment of patients with medical and traumatic emergencies
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and provide patient education
• Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to assess patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department or critical care setting
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care needs
