What the work involves:

• Practices technology founded upon theoretical knowledge and concepts, uses equipment and accessories consistent with the purposes for which they were designed, and employs procedures and techniques appropriately
• Assesses situations; exercises care, discretion, and judgment; assumes responsibility for professional decisions; and acts in the best interest of the patient.
• Current State of Texas License as a Medical Radiology Technologist.
• Successful completion of an AMA approved technology training program
• ARRT (N) registered or CNMT registered
• Ø Stand, walk, sit, stoop, reach, lift, speak, hear, and see. Lifting is limited to 35 lbs. for clinical staff and to 50 lbs. for non-clinical staff. The individual must use an assisted-lift
