Caterer - Food & Nutrition (full-time) in the Midland, TX area.

What the work involves:

• Full Time, 5:00am-1:30pm, 9:00am-5:00pm, Weekends as Needed
• Responsible for some food production of catering specific items (i.e. catering trays) for events.
• Responsible for prompt set-up of catered events as requested on function sheets. Must be completed within 15 to 30 minutes of event start time.
• Responsible for the prompt pick up and clean-up of all events. Demonstrates proper handling of equipment during clean up and storage to prevent loss due to breakage.
• Maintains the linen inventory and orders specialty items needed based on event calendar and requests.
• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
