Kickstart your nursing career with a rewarding opportunity in Oncology care. We’re hiring a New Graduate Registered Nurse to join a compassionate, team-oriented inpatient oncology unit where you'll care for patients with cancer diagnoses in a clinically rich and emotionally meaningful setting.

What You’ll Do: 

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) 
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes 
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, interventions, and responses 
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and support patients undergoing treatments such as chemotherapy 
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and post-discharge instructions 
• Participate in unit-based improvement projects, committees, and ongoing education 
• Uphold professional standards aligned with the Nurse Practice Act 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Diploma or Associate Degree accepted) 
• Active RN license or scheduled NCLEX exam with eligibility to practice 
• Current CPR-BLS certification 
• Comfortable using basic computer applications and electronic health records 
• Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills 
• Passion for oncology nursing and desire to grow professionally
