Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist - Clinical Lab (full-time) in the Lubbock, TX area.

What the work involves:

• Under the direction of the Laboratory Director and/or Laboratory Manager, plans, directs, and supervises all technical and operational activities performed in his/her respective section(s).
• Bachelor’s Degree, or meet CLIA requirements for a General Supervisor.
• Sufficient clinical laboratory experience to perform accurately and precisely the assigned work.
• 1 year work experience in a clinical laboratory, preferably a hospital setting.
• 4 years experience in a clinical laboratory following licensure or certification
