Your Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage prospective healthcare candidates through our unique platform and personal network
* Reach out to prospective candidates, introducing them to opportunities with MLR and assessing their interest
* Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations
* Follow up with leads, keeping their engagement high and supporting them through their hiring journey
* Ensure accurate and current documentation in our applicant tracking system
* Earn generous commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews held, and successful hires from your leads
