Description – Your Contributions

• Conduct a diverse array of routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—while adhering to proven protocols.
• Examine test results meticulously for precision, address any errors, and perform necessary preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analytical testing when required.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, mentor new staff or students, and ensure adherence to lab quality standards.
• Keep a clean and safe workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within the first year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification throughout your time with us.
