We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in La Salle, Texas. In this role, you will assess and treat patients with a variety of physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges, creating individualized therapy plans to help them regain independence and improve their overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional conditions
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address individual needs and goals
• Provide hands-on therapy and interventions aimed at improving motor skills, daily living activities, and cognitive function
• Track and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal recovery
• Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques and long-term strategies for maintaining progress
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Texas
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and interventions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to treat a wide range of patients, from pediatric to geriatric populations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
