Home Infusion Pharmacy Operations Manager (full-time) in the Katy, TX area.

What the work involves:

• Demonstrated leadership experience is essential. Experience managing a team of 10 plus employees (combination of pharmacists, techs, and nurses).
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy.
• Certifications: Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
• Five (5) years pharmacy experience required OR completion PGY1/PGY2 residency in Pharmacy Administration.
• Knowledge of pharmacy and hospital computer systems and computer-assisted devices and familiarity with health care reimbursement environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
