Qualifications:
- PGY-1 is required.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Pharmacist program, BS in Pharm or Pharm.D.
- Eligible for registry or registered as RPh.
- Current License in the State of Texas or willing to obtain.
- 2 years of Acute Care or Hospital experience is required.
