ARRT Technologist - MRI
Full-Time Position
MLR is working with a reputable healthcare system to find a qualified ARRT Technologist - MRI for a full-time position. This role provides the chance to operate within a cutting-edge imaging department dedicated to offering high-quality diagnostic services.
Overview:
- Conduct magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures to obtain detailed images of internal structures.
- Manage MRI equipment, ensuring accurate patient positioning and safe image acquisition.
- Analyze and interpret MRI images to maintain diagnostic excellence, collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Deliver outstanding patient care by explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and ensuring comfort.
- Maintain and troubleshoot MRI machinery, ensuring operational effectiveness and adherence to safety regulations.
- Document patient details and imaging results accurately in electronic medical records.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including infection control and equipment safety protocols.
ARRT Technologist - MRI Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program.
- Previous experience as an MRI Technologist is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Hold certification as an MRI Technologist from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or an equivalent credential.
- State licensure may be required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary.
