Your Responsibilities

• Conduct Comprehensive Searches from opening discussions to final placement.
• Collaborate as a Client Partner, gaining a thorough understanding of their recruitment needs, challenges, and organizational culture.
• Employ Strategic Sourcing with our exclusive CRM/ATS and leverage your own networks and tools to identify potential candidates.
• Utilize Our Innovative Platform to manage candidate interactions, keep track of outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that provide enduring value for clients and maximize your commission.
• Contribute to Our Thought Leadership as we work to elevate both our brand and yours.

Who You Are

• 2–3+ years of experience in agency recruitment or consultative sales.
• A good grasp of the healthcare landscape, or at least a willingness to learn as we train you.
• Adept at managing client relationships and successfully closing offers.
• Confident using ATS/CRM systems (training on our platform will be provided).
• Someone driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and eager to create something substantial.
