Acute Care Med / Surg RN - General Medicine - BSN / ASN

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) team at a well-established hospital located south of San Antonio. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care both direct and indirect to patients with diverse medical conditions. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within the Med/Surg setting. 
 

Pay: $57,982 - $89,399 

Schedule: Days or Nights 
 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, including history taking and physical examinations, to evaluate patient needs. 
• Develop and execute personalized care plans tailored to each patient’s medical condition and treatment goals. Administer prescribed medications with attention to accuracy and proper dosages.  
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement effective care strategies 

Key Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN) required. 
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state 
• Certification in BLS and ACLS 
• Acute care experience preferred
