Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be a strong independent PT with in-patient experience and has the ability to work alone.

Contract Details:

  • $33,800 Contract total if 40hrs worked weekly
  • $2,600 Weekly total (40hrs)
  • $3,510 Weekly if OT shift is offered and picked up (50hrs)
  • ASAP Start or 04/03
  • 13 Weeks
  • Mon-Fri (8a-5p)
  • NM Licensed
  • 2+ years’ experience
  • Competency and knowledge in CMS skilled criteria
  • DPT preferred but not required
  • No weekends
