MLR is seeking a full-time, permanent, direct-hire Registered Nurse to join our client's growing healthcare team near El Paso, Texas!

Key Responsibilities for Registered Nurse - Cath Lab:

• Provide patient care during pre-, intra-, and post-procedure phases of cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology procedures.
• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire opportunity.
• Setting: Inpatient hospital, Cath Lab environment.
• Monitor and assess patients' vitals and response to procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.
• Administer medications and assist in the management of patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient documentation and records.
• Educate patients and families about post-procedure care and recovery processes.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Texas or compact state licensure.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in Cath Lab, critical care, or cardiac care settings required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are required.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
