Description – Your Contributions

• Assess results to ensure accuracy, identify issues, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support with sample collection and process specimens for examination when needed.
• Document all methodologies meticulously, mentor new staff members or students, and assist in maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Promote a safe and clean working environment, complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or related allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of joining.
• Maintain ongoing certification throughout employment.
