In our sunny corner of South Driftwood, there’s a place where kids come to grow—physically, emotionally, and confidently. And right now, we’re looking for a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join us in that work. Someone who knows the joy of celebrating a wobbly first step, the determination behind every stretch, and the quiet strength it takes to try again tomorrow.

Our clinic is built on connection. We believe in showing up for each other, learning as a team, and treating families like partners in the process. Our kiddos come to us with all kinds of goals—walking, balancing, building strength or coordination—and no two sessions ever look quite the same. One day, you might be helping a toddler explore movement through play. The next, you're cheering on a teen mastering functional mobility with newfound confidence. Either way, you're never alone—we're big on collaboration, whether it's co-treating with an OT or swapping ideas with your fellow PTs in the break room between sessions.

We’re looking for someone licensed in Texas who’s passionate about pediatric care and ready to make a real difference in kids’ lives. If you’ve got experience, that’s fantastic. If you’re newer to the field but have the heart and energy for it, we’d still love to talk. What matters most to us is that you love working with children and families, that you communicate with empathy, and that you see therapy as something that should feel engaging, empowering, and even fun.

Here, we take our work seriously—but we laugh a lot, too. We support each other, we push each other to grow, and we never forget why we do what we do: because helping kids move through the world with confidence is one of the most meaningful jobs out there.
