Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnostic Testing: Perform blood, body fluid, and tissue analysis with accuracy
• Lab Equipment Management: Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab instruments
• Collaborative Care: Provide accurate, timely results to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment
• Compliance & Quality Control: Adhere to CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory requirements

What You’ll Need:

• Associate degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
• MLT certification (ASCP, AMT, or eligibility)
• Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong teamwork
