Occupational Therapist - Full Time, Day Shift

MLR is collaborating with a reputable healthcare system to recruit a skilled Occupational Therapist for a full-time, day shift position. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing tailored treatment programs for patients while working closely with an interdisciplinary team. The position requires some Saturday shifts each month.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on occupational therapy principles.
• Implement and modify therapy programs in partnership with the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and mentor licensed occupational therapist assistants, technicians, and support staff.
• Utilize and maintain rehabilitation equipment effectively.

Occupational Therapist - Full Time, Day Shift Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas or eligible for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency in computer programs for data management.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation equipment and therapy techniques.
