MLR is partnering with a respected healthcare system to recruit a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for their Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). In this vital role, the RN will provide specialized care to critically ill newborns, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, compassionate care to critically ill newborns, utilizing advanced NICU equipment and techniques.
• Conduct regular assessments, monitor vital signs, and implement necessary interventions to stabilize and care for patients.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and healthcare providers to develop and execute comprehensive care plans.
• Offer emotional support to families, educating them on infant care and health during their challenging times.

Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• CPR-BCLS certification (to be completed prior to orientation).
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required by the end of orientation).
• STABLE program certification (required by the end of orientation).
