MLR is collaborating with a respected healthcare system to find a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for their Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). In this vital role, the RN will deliver specialized care to critically ill newborns, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for these vulnerable patients and support their families during difficult times. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and compassionate care to critically ill newborns utilizing advanced NICU equipment and techniques.
• Conduct regular assessments, monitor vital signs, and implement necessary interventions to stabilize patients.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare providers to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Offer emotional support and guidance to families, educating them on infant care and health.

Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• CPR-BCLS certification (to be completed prior to orientation).
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required by the end of orientation).
• STABLE program certification (required by the end of orientation).
