Registered Nurse - CCU/ICU - North
MLR is partnering with a respected healthcare system to recruit a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for their Critical Care Unit (CCU/ICU). This full-time position provides an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality care to critically ill adolescent and adult patients, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Deliver individualized, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the CCU/ICU.
- Patient Monitoring: Conduct assessments, closely monitor patient conditions, and administer life-saving interventions as needed.
- Collaboration: Work with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes through effective communication and care coordination.
- Standards Compliance: Uphold professional nursing standards, including participation in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to the Texas Nurse Practice Act.
Registered Nurse - CCU/ICU - North - Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an active RN license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain).
- Certifications: Current certifications in CPR-BCLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (required prior to the completion of orientation).
- Experience: Previous CCU/ICU experience preferred but not required.
