Position Overview
We’re seeking a talented Senior Front-End Developer to design and implement the user-facing components of our web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate closely with our design, marketing, and operations teams to create responsive, accessible interfaces that streamline appointment booking, treatment education, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Web & Mobile Interfaces
    • Build responsive, high-performance pages with React (or similar framework), HTML5, and CSS3 (or Tailwind/SCSS).
    • Ensure consistency across browsers and devices, including polished mobile layouts.
  • User Experience & Accessibility
    • Implement interactive features—e.g. treatment selectors, booking flows, customer dashboards—guided by accessibility best practices (WCAG).
    • Optimize performance and load-times for a seamless client experience.
  • Integration & Collaboration
    • Work with back-end and API teams to integrate front-end components with appointment-booking, CRM, and analytics services.
    • Coordinate with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into production-ready code.
  • Quality & Maintenance
    • Write clean, modular, and reusable code; enforce code standards via linting and reviews.
    • Develop unit and integration tests; participate in debugging and troubleshooting.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of our front-end architecture and workflows.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of professional front-end development experience with JavaScript and React (or Vue/Angular).
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and responsive design frameworks.
  • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.) and build tools (Webpack, Vite).
  • Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing (Jest, Cypress).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for wellness and a keen eye for user-centered design.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience integrating with third-party booking/payment APIs.
  • Background in mobile-first design or progressive web apps (PWAs).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer match.
  • Generous paid time off and flexible scheduling.
  • Collaborative, inclusive work environment with ongoing learning opportunities.
  • Discounts on all Wellbyrd treatments and services.
  • Career growth in a mission-driven, rapidly expanding company.
