Position Overview: The primary responsibility of the Sales Team Leader is to maintain consistent above average gross billings, provide business generation leadership, motivation, and direction to the staffing professionals whom he/she supervises, participate in recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization. The Sales Team Leader is expected to maintain daily productivity, accountability, and coaching connections with their assigned team to ensure all team members are on target to meet weekly, monthly and annual Net Billing goal of Permanent Placements. 

 

Results and Execution (Drive & Operational Execution)  

  • Responsible for maintaining the region, including temporary coverage during transition and training. 
  • Responsible for management and growth of the staffing team and development of staffing initiatives. 
  • Set productivity standards, individual and team goals and manage team performance.  

Business Analysis  

  • Effective analysis of all financial reports to drive short and long-term action plans.  
  • Display understanding of business trends and execute appropriate strategy.

Communication/Collaboration  

  • Effectively communicate feedback and expectations.  
  • Motivate, inspire, and lead by example.  

Leadership Approach  

  • Leads with character, builds trust, respect and credibility through actions and behaviors along with placing the team ahead of self. 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred. 
  • 2+ years’ management or equivalent experience required.  
  • 2+ years’ Talent Manager experience required.  
  • Proven record of high performance in fast-paced recruiting roles.  
  • Experience developing a team and managing performance to meet overall business goals and growth initiatives. 
  • Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development.
