Qualifications:

  • Looking for a dedicated payroll specialist with high attention for details to come into our office for 3 days a week
  • Must have experience with QuickBooks
  • Ability to maintain and update payroll
  • Review invoice for jobs/vendors.
  • Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in the following areas:
  • Payroll Processing • QuickBooks Online **Accounting experience a plus
  • Person must have strong understanding of employement types (i.e., 1099, W-4, ect.)
  • We are looking for an independent worker, who is proficient in accounting, QuickBooks online, payroll, and excel

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
