Are you a seasoned User Experience professional passionate about creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences? We’re looking for a Lead UX Designer to join our dynamic team and take the helm in designing user-centric solutions across websites and software applications.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, UI/development teams, and company executives to drive innovation in healthcare recruitment technology, ensuring seamless and impactful user interactions.
Lead UX Designer Job Responsibilities
- Design and Oversee User Interfaces for Websites and Software:
- Lead the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both websites and software platforms.
- Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products.
- Enhance and Innovate User Experience:
- Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and analytics reviews to optimize both website and software interfaces.
- Implement innovative UX solutions that improve user satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate Across Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, UI/development teams, and company executives to align design goals with business and branding objectives.
- Provide strategic UX insights during cross-departmental meetings and ensure cohesive user experiences across all platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, design-forward culture.
- Drive Design Strategy for Web and Software Development:
- Define user-centered design processes tailored for both website and software development.
- Advocate for accessibility, performance, and seamless interaction across all digital channels.
- Stay at the Forefront of UX Trends:
- Research and integrate the latest UX tools, trends, and technologies into website and software projects.
- Conduct user research to ensure comprehensive design output.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation in UX design practices.
Requirements
- Education, Licensure & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred. Master’s degree preferred.
- Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience with design tool Figma and website builder Squarespace.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for collaboration with developers.
- Strong background in user research, usability testing, and design thinking.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Proficiency in project management software. Experience with Jira is a plus.
- Proven experience designing for both websites and software applications.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
