Are you a seasoned User Experience professional passionate about creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences? We’re looking for a Lead UX Designer to join our dynamic team and take the helm in designing user-centric solutions across websites and software applications.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, UI/development teams, and company executives to drive innovation in healthcare recruitment technology, ensuring seamless and impactful user interactions.

 

Lead UX Designer Job Responsibilities 

  • Design and Oversee User Interfaces for Websites and Software: 
  • Lead the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both websites and software platforms. 
  • Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products. 
  • Enhance and Innovate User Experience: 
  • Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and analytics reviews to optimize both website and software interfaces. 
  • Implement innovative UX solutions that improve user satisfaction and engagement. 
  • Collaborate Across Teams: 
  • Work closely with marketing, UI/development teams, and company executives to align design goals with business and branding objectives. 
  • Provide strategic UX insights during cross-departmental meetings and ensure cohesive user experiences across all platforms. 
  • Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, design-forward culture. 
  • Drive Design Strategy for Web and Software Development: 
  • Define user-centered design processes tailored for both website and software development. 
  • Advocate for accessibility, performance, and seamless interaction across all digital channels. 
  • Stay at the Forefront of UX Trends: 
  • Research and integrate the latest UX tools, trends, and technologies into website and software projects. 
  • Conduct user research to ensure comprehensive design output. 
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation in UX design practices. 

Requirements 

  • Education, Licensure & Certifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred. Master’s degree preferred.  
  • Skills & Experience: 
  • Extensive experience with design tool Figma and website builder Squarespace. 
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for collaboration with developers. 
  • Strong background in user research, usability testing, and design thinking. 
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design principles. 
  • Proficiency in project management software. Experience with Jira is a plus. 
  • Proven experience designing for both websites and software applications. 
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills. 
  • Ability to work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
