Internal Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top-tier talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and implement best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
