MLee Healthcare is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for fully understanding our client’s needs and determining how we can meet those needs. A good fit for this role will be someone who is an effective communicator, Organized, has good time management skills, and is a problem solver. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, On-Site
Responsibilities:
- Discover new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into lasting partnerships.
- Present our services to potential clients in a compelling manner.
- Provide professional post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their ongoing needs.
- Input data into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Address complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer happiness and uphold company reputation.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain accurate records of sales and data.
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and passionate about sales and customer service.
- Knowledge of market research, sales techniques, and negotiation principles.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to foster relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
