Position Overview: The primary responsibility of the Division Lead is to maintain consistent above average gross billings, provide business generation leadership, motivation, and direction to the staffing professionals whom he/she supervises, participate in recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization. The Division Lead is expected to maintain daily productivity, accountability, and coaching connections with their assigned team to ensure all team members are on target to meet weekly, monthly and annual Net Billing goal of Permanent Placements. 

 

Results and Execution (Drive & Operational Execution)  

  • Responsible for maintaining the region, including temporary coverage during transition and training. 
  • Responsible for management and growth of the staffing team and development of staffing initiatives. 
  • Set productivity standards, individual and team goals and manage team performance.  
  • Conduct effective leadership meetings: 
    • Daily: Regular team coaching focusing on team strengths 
    • Hot Sheet Review: (2 times a week with CEO and Sales Professionals) 
    • Weekly Directors Meeting: discuss performance, process improvements, objectives, and action items for continued scalable growth for individual teams and business. 
    • Quarterly Sales Review: Present and Report to CEO to discuss performance for quarter, sales processes and pipelines, sales activity, provide targeted feedback and set clear goals for future performance. 
  • Daily AM/PM board meetings or check-ins with the team to discuss activity, planned connections and dailyactivitygoals.PM connects are to discuss progress and achievements each day and any obstacles or support needed to meet goals daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals.  
  • Set end of day activity planning time with the team to ensure high activity is effectively met the following day.  
  • Develop processes and draft SOPs to support strategic growth initiatives for team and business.  
  • Drive revenue generating activities/divisional performance through closing, job order handoff and delegation of submittals. 
    • Division Lead should take responsibility for closing hard to fill positions and job orders.  
  • Leverage resources/tools to develop short and long-term strategies. 
  • Manage advertising and job orders for designated regions.  Review contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal guidelines. 
  • Effectively manage time, plan daily activity, and manage tasks.  
  • Reach target billings, individual and team goals.  
  • Direct assistance with internal recruitment of Account Executive.  
  • Effectively train and develop new hires and retain staff. 

Business Analysis  

  • Effective analysis of all financial reports to drive short and long-term action plans.  
  • Display understanding of business trends and execute appropriate strategy.

Communication/Collaboration  

  • Effectively communicate feedback and expectations.  
  • Motivate, inspire, and lead by example.  
  • Facilitate resolution with internal staff, clients, and candidates.  
  • Responsible for managing and mediating splits amongst team members with up front negotiation.

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred. 
  • 2+ years’ management or equivalent experience required.  
  • 2+ years’ Talent Manager experience required.  
  • Proven record of high performance in fast-paced recruiting roles.  
  • Experience developing a team and managing performance to meet overall business goals and growth initiatives. 
  • Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development.
