We are looking for a highly motivated and talented sales professional to join our team in Austin, Tx. In this role, you will be expected to reach out to potential clients while screening and vetting behavioral health professionals for their next career move. We pride ourselves on recruiting the very best talent for our clients. We are a high-margin shop – meaning, we do not work on lower-level jobs with volume. We are the specialist that gets hired when clients want things done right and need further assistance with difficult job placements.

About the Position:

You will be partnered with one of our senior-level recruiters as well as a team leader in identifying and attracting talented behavioral healthcare professionals through a variety of mediums including cold calling passive candidates, online web leads, social networking, etc. Our ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for sales and the tenacity to figure out a way to “make it happen”.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Current or past executive search experience is preferred.
  • Sales background is encouraged.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Multitasker able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have BS and 2 years of successful verifiable experience in recruiting or sales.
  • Ideal candidates should have 3 or less jobs in say 10 years
