What You Will Do

• Conduct routine and sophisticated clinical lab assessments encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments undergo preventative adjustments and maintenance.
• Support specimen collection processes and adequately prepare samples for testing as required.
• Carefully document all laboratory procedures, mentor new staff, and uphold the highest quality control standards.
• Ensure a tidy, safe workspace, while complying with all regulatory guidance and accreditation mandates.

Education

• Either a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in the allied health field, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within one year of joining.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure.
