Position Overview: 
As an Account Executive III at MLee Healthcare, you will have a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue growth by closing deals with clients and expanding our client base. Your primary focus will be on identifying and seizing opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role demands a high level of responsibility and expertise in sales strategies, client management, and business development. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients through regular communication, meetings, and strategic planning. 
  • Deal Closing and Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential and existing clients, aiming to close high-value deals and secure long-term contracts. 
  • Account Growth and Business Development: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell or expand services to existing clients, aligning with their evolving staffing needs. 
  • ATS/CRM Management: Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the ATS/CRM, regularly updating client and candidate information. 
  • Recruitment Process Coordination: Work closely with the Recruitment team to understand open positions and talent requirements for clients. 
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate detailed reports and analytics related to client activity, recruitment progress, and ATS/CRM performance. 
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal company policies, such as verifying client insurance certificates and state guidelines for coverage. 

 

Other Responsibilities as Assigned. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in closing high-value deals and managing client relationships. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. 
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, candidates, and client relationships simultaneously. 
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving recruiting landscape. 
  • Initiative and self-motivation in proactively sourcing and engaging with potential clients. 
  • Familiarity with recruiting software, social media platforms, and other relevant tools. 
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to building and maintaining positive relationships. 
  • Adherence to ethical conduct and integrity in all recruiting activities.
