Position Overview:  

As an Account Executive II at MLR, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing our valued clients while ensuring the smooth functioning of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients and our Recruiters, understanding their support needs, and providing them with exceptional service to facilitate successful staffing solutions.    

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and meetings, working with recruiters.  
  • Account Growth and Business Development: Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services to existing clients based on their evolving staffing needs. 
  • ATS/CRM Management: Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the ATS/CRM by regularly updating client and candidate information. 
  • Recruitment Process Coordination: Collaborate with the Recruitment team to understand current open positions and talent requirements for clients. 
  • Collection-Based Activity: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve collection goals, fostering a harmonious work environment with financial rewards. 
  • Reporting and Analytics: Utilize data insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the client relationship management process. 

Other responsibilities as assigned.  

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. 
  • Basic understanding of sales concepts to pitch services to clients and attract top talent. 
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, candidates, and client relationships simultaneously. 
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving recruiting landscape. 
  • Initiative and self-motivation in proactively sourcing and engaging with potential clients. 
  • Familiarity with recruiting software, social media platforms, and other relevant tools. 
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to building and maintaining positive relationships. 
  • Adherence to ethical conduct and integrity in all recruiting activities.
