MLee Healthcare is seeking a driven individual to join our dynamic sales team as an Account Executive / Recruiter in the beautiful city of Austin, TX.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, On-Site
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct initial outreach to candidates, understanding their career goals, skills, and aspirations to ensure a good fit with our opportunities.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with candidates and clients.
- Coordinate and support recruitment processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the ATS/CRM by regularly updating client and candidate information.
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Fundamental grasp of sales techniques to effectively promote services and attract top talent.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, candidates, and client interactions concurrently.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving recruiting landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field preferred.
