MLee Healthcare is looking for a passionate individual to join our dynamic sales team in the vibrant city of Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct outreach to understand candidates’ career goals, skills, and aspirations, ensuring alignment with our opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Coordinate and support the recruitment process.
• Maintain data accuracy within the ATS/CRM by regularly updating client and candidate information.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be located in Austin or willing to relocate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of sales techniques to promote services and attract top talent.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and interactions.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
