MLR is seeking a dedicated, full-time CT Radiologic Technologist to join our client’s dynamic team in an acute-care hospital setting near Amarillo, Texas!
Key Responsibilities for CT Technologist:
- Conduct a variety of CT imaging procedures, focusing on precision and quality for accurate diagnostics.
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire role.
- Work within an acute inpatient hospital setting.
- Prepare patients for CT procedures, explaining each step and ensuring patient comfort and correct positioning.
- Operate advanced CT equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
- Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to provide essential imaging data for diagnoses.
- Maintain equipment according to safety standards and radiation regulations, ensuring a safe imaging environment.
- Document procedures and patient data accurately following hospital policies.
Qualifications for CT Technologist:
- Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Active State Medical Imaging or Radiologic Technologist license is required.
- BLS certification (must be completed prior to start).
- ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT) is essential.
- Previous experience in CT imaging is preferred but not required.
