Salary: $84,830 - $102,456 annually
Primary Responsibilities:
- Patient Monitoring: Continuously oversee patients' vital signs and overall health, ensuring timely intervention in response to any changes.
- Clinical Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions and progress, keeping accurate records and communicating updates to the healthcare team.
- Work Schedule: Night shifts with flexible scheduling options.
- Medication & Treatment Administration: Administer medications and treatments with precision, adhering strictly to medical guidelines and protocols.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create and manage personalized care plans for each patient.
- Emergency Response: Act swiftly in medical emergencies, delivering critical care and performing life-saving procedures when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) License: Active and in good standing.
- CPR-BCLS Certification: Required before the completion of orientation.
- ACLS Certification: Must be obtained before the end of orientation.
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification: Required prior to the completion of orientation.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using computer systems for data entry and operating medical equipment for therapeutic purposes.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times.
- Nursing Expertise: Strong understanding of the nursing process and ability to provide care in accordance with established standards.
- Confidentiality: Capable of managing sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
