ARDMS Ultrasound Technologist

MLR is actively seeking ARDMS-certified Ultrasound Technologists to join our client’s dedicated team in Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to perform advanced diagnostic ultrasound imaging in a collaborative and supportive environment, where your work will have a meaningful impact on patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality ultrasound exams as requested by physicians, including abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular, and small parts imaging.
- Ensure precise patient positioning and use optimal techniques to obtain the best diagnostic images.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
- Communicate with patients effectively, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Work collaboratively with radiologists and healthcare professionals to analyze and interpret diagnostic images.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in line with institutional guidelines.
- Follow all safety standards and infection control protocols to maintain a clean and secure clinical environment.
Qualifications:
- Certification: ARDMS certification in one or more specialties.
- Licensure: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Texas Department of State Health Services certification.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant ultrasound experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
