Surgical Technologist Full - Time

MLee Healthcare is recruiting for a leading healthcare facility located in the heart of Nashville, and are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our talented surgical team.

As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of surgical procedures by preparing the operating room, providing assistance during surgeries, and ensuring the proper care and handling of instruments and supplies. Your attention to detail and commitment to patient care will make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms for surgery, including setting up instruments and equipment
• Assist in surgeries by handing instruments and supplies to surgeons
• Maintain a sterile field by following established protocols
• Properly care for and handle surgical instruments to ensure their continued use
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient surgery

Requirements:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
• Relevant experience in a surgical setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
