Senior Workday Product Manager (Remote Available) (full-time) in the Nashville, TN area.

What the work involves:

• Leads the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Workday Financials , Adaptive , and Supply Chain product capabilities.
• Translates customer, operational, and regulatory needs into enhancements within a governed product roadmap, balancing value, risk, and platform constraints.
• Partners with a peer Product Manager (HCM/Payroll) to ensure cross-functional alignment, dependency management, and continuity of support .
• Facilitates structured intake, prioritization, and approval processes to ensure appropriate review and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Leads Workday release planning and feature adoption for Financials including evaluation of new capabilities, regression risk, integration impacts, and business readiness.
• Ensures all product changes adhere to audit, compliance, and documentation requirements , including maintenance of decision logs, approvals, and supporting artifacts.
