Registered Nurse

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $52,400 - $83,200 Annual Salary

Schedule: Nights (Generous shift differential offered)

Bonus: Up to $7,500 for Sign-On Student Loan Forgiveness Program

Responsibilities:

• Responsible and accountable for delivering professional nursing care to assigned patients within a designated timeframe.
• Utilizes the nursing process to formulate nursing diagnoses and set expected outcomes.
• Assigns tasks based on the competency levels of team members.
• Coordinates patient care by utilizing available resources and optimizing the environment.
• Collaborates with various healthcare team members in accordance with standard nursing practices and the policies of Henry County Medical Center.
• Caters to a diverse patient demographic including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric groups.
• Excludes care for neonates in surgical settings and neonates, pediatric, or adolescent patients in psychiatric settings.

Education:

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse licensed in Tennessee, Kentucky or appropriate through the compact state licensure criteria qualifications.
• Current BLS Certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Current ACLS or must obtain within 12 months of hire.
• Current PALS or must obtain within 12 months of hire.
• CPI Training preferred within 12 months of hire.
