We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you’ll prepare the operating room, maintain a sterile environment, and assist during surgeries to ensure smooth and efficient procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize the operating room with necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Maintain a sterile field throughout surgery and assist surgeons by passing instruments
• Perform surgical counts before, during, and after surgery to ensure no instruments are left behind
• Assist with patient positioning and prepping them for surgery
• Clean and restock the operating room after surgeries
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment
• Document patient information and surgical counts accurately
• Assist with inventory management and equipment checks

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, aseptic techniques, and operating room procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
