Clinical Chemistry Supervisor

Clinical Chemistry Supervisor needed with MLee Healthcare. Come join and lead a team of established professionals at a well known Hospital in Tennessee. Supervising operations and experiments in the chemistry laboratory, overseeing and providing technical direction to lab staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing technical guidance to lab staff and performing laboratory tests and procedures that require independent judgment 
• Overssing lab safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining quality metrics and participating in corrective action steps 
• Establishing, reviewing, and improving analytical procedures, and designing and modifying standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Medical Technology Preferred 
• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology Required 
• Certification as a MLS or MT
• ASCP or AMT Certified 
• Minimum 5 years of Clinical Laboratory Experience 
• Minimum 2 years of Supervisory or Leadership Experience
