• 8 Hours - Day Shifts (United States of America)

• Monday- Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30 PM (no holidays, no weekends)

• This Ambulatory Care pharmacist role is a fully integrated member of the multidisciplinary team in our Family Medicine and Internal Medicine clinics to deliver direct, patient-centered care.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy. Must have a thorough knowledge of drugs and their actions; knowledge of state and local regulations.
